UAE Team ADQ Welcomes New Riders for the 2024 Cycling Season
Abu Dhabi: UAE Team ADQ, dedicated to achieving excellence in cycling, is delighted to unveil its latest signings for the upcoming 2024 season. The team’s unwavering commitment to success has led to the recruitment of Tereza Neumanova and Dominika Wlodarczyk, both joining the professional squad, along with the addition of Federica Venturelli, who will play a crucial role in the UAE Development Team.
Tereza Neumanova, a highly accomplished Czech professional road cyclist, born on August 9, 1998, brings a wealth of racing experience to UAE Team ADQ. With an impressive track record that includes multiple National Championships and notable finishes in key UCI races, Neumanova has secured stage podiums at prestigious events like the Tour de Suisse Women and the Vuelta a Burgos.
Hailing from Poland, Dominika Wlodarczyk, born on January 27, 2001, is a rising star in the cycling world. At just 22 years old, she has already achieved remarkable victories and podium finishes in stages of the Tour de Feminin, Gracia Orlova, the Giro Toscana Femminile, and the GC of the Watersley Womens Challenge. Her exceptional talent and unwavering determination have marked her as one of the sport’s promising talents.
Federica Venturelli, the Junior World Champion in individual pursuit and Madison disciplines, a part of the UCI, is poised to shine as a vital member of the UAE Development Team. The Italian athlete’s outstanding accomplishments in the junior category, which include winning gold and silver medals at the Track World Championships, serve as a testament to her extraordinary abilities. Federica’s signing underscores UAE Team ADQ’s commitment to nurturing young talents and building a competitive team for the long term.

UAE Team ADQ has been making waves in the cycling world, with notable recent successes such as Sofia Bertizzolo’s third-place finish at the GP de Plouay in France and Chiara Consonni’s victory at the GP Beerens in Belgium. Last month, the team announced the addition of Karlijn Swinkels from Team Jumbo-Visma. With the announcement of these four riders, including Swinkels, UAE Team ADQ has completed its final lineup for the highly anticipated 2024 season.
