Al Mouj Muscat, Oman’s premier waterfront destination, has announced the development of the Middle East’s first business park situated next to the Al Mouj Golf course and the Sea. The announcement was made during a virtual press conference held by the company.

Mouj Muscat has launched the Middle East’s first business park situated alongside a golf course and the sea.

The 39,000sq m development in Muscat, Oman, will include eight mid-rise Grade A office buildings in a sea-front setting alongside one of the top 100 golf courses in the world.

Developers behind the project say occupiers will benefit from superb connectivity and transport links and the support of Al Mouj Muscat’s world-class leisure, commercial and tourism amenities.

The Al Mouj Business Park will be developed over an area of 200,000 square meters, providing world-class infrastructure, facilities and services for businesses looking to establish a presence in the region. The development will feature premium office spaces, state-of-the-art conference facilities, and a range of retail and hospitality options to cater to the needs of employees and visitors.

The Business Park is being developed in response to the growing demand for high-quality commercial space in the region.
