أبوظبي في 26 يونيو /وام/  أعلنت اليوم أدنوك للتوزيع عن توقيع اتفاقية مع شركة هندوستان للبترول المحدودة المتخصصة فى توزيع الوقود وزيوت التشحيم في الهند وذلك استكشاف فرص التعاون المتاحة لتعزيز أنشطة المبيعات الدولية لزيوت التشحيم والمنتجات ذات الصلة الخاصة بالشركتين في دولة الإمارات والهند وغيرهما من الدول. ويعتبر السوق الهندي ضمن أهم الأسواق العالمية لزيوت التشحيم حيث يصل حجم الطلب على زيوت التشحيم إلى 3 مليار لتر سنوياً حيث تهدف أدنوك للتوزيع إلى تعزيز حضورها في هذا السوق الديناميكي والوصول إلى شبكة توزيع تضم أكثر من 28،000 محطة خدمة. وقال المهندس بدر سعيد اللمكي، الرئيس التنفيذي لأدنوك للتوزيع: “تعكس الاتفاقية التي وقعناها اليوم التزامنا الاستراتيجي بالتعاون مع شركاء رئيسيين في جميع أنحاء العالم مثل شركة هندوستان للبترول المحدودة التي تتمتع بسجل قوي يمتد لأكثر من قرن في السوق الهندي، الذي يعتبر ضمن أكبر الأسواق لتوزيع زيوت التشحيم على مستوى العالم، وهو ما سيعزز فرص نجاحنا في دخول هذا السّوق الجذاب والواعد بفرص النمو. كما يمثل إعلان اليوم علامة فارقة في رحلتنا المستمرة للتوسع الدولي، ويعزز مكانتنا الرائدة ضمن أهم الموزعين في أسواق زيوت التشحيم الرئيسية في جميع أنحاء العالم”. وترسي الاتفاقية إطاراً تعمل بموجبه الشركتان على تطوير نظام عمليّات يحقق الاستفادة القصوى من الشراكة من خلال تعزيز التعاون على مستوى العمليّات الدولية التي تعود بالفائدة على الشركتين، إلى جانب الاستفادة من قدراتهما وقنواتهما في الأسواق المحلية لكل منهما، بما في ذلك عمليات توريد زيوت التشحيم، وإتاحة إمكانية الاستفادة من خدمات التسويق والامداد الخاصة بالشركتين في الدولتين الإمارات والهند. من جانبه قال سوبهيندو موهانتي، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة هندوستان للبترول المحدودة، الشرق الوسط: “يسرنا التعاون مع أدنوك للتوزيع خلال هذه الرحلة، حيث تعتبر شريكاً مثالياً لدعم مصالحنا. وستتيح لنا الاتفاقية التعاون لتعزيز أنشطة التوزيع الخاصة بمنتجاتنا إلى الجانب المساهمة في توسعة أعمالنا دولياً. نحن على ثقة من أن القدرات التسويقية المميزة لأدنوك للتوزيع سيكون لها دور كبيرفي مساعدتنا على تعزيز حضورنا في السوق العالمي لزيوت التشحيم.” وتأتي هذه الاتفاقية تماشياً مع استراتيجية أدنوك للتوزيع للتوسع الدولي، ومساعدة الشركتين على دخول أسواق رئيسية جديدة وواعدة لكل منهما من خلال التعاون المشترك. حيث وقع اختيار الشركتين على استكشاف فرص التعاون لدخول عشر أسواق رئيسية مستهدفة خلال عام 2023، والعمل معاً على تطوير أعمالهما هناك.
