Highlighting the promising prospects and investment opportunities in the EV market, Minister Al-Mazrouei encouraged forward-thinking businesses to capitalize on these opportunities. He stressed that investing in the EV industry aligns perfectly with both environmental and economic objectives. To fully unlock the potential of electric mobility, the UAE is actively deploying a nationwide network of public and private charging stations equipped with advanced technologies that reduce charging time, the Minister revealed. This infrastructure development is crucial to address range anxiety concerns and facilitate the widespread adoption of EVs.

The Electric Vehicles Innovation Summit, spanning three days and concluding on May 31, serves as a platform to showcase the latest advancements in the EV sector. The event features an extensive exhibition showcasing over 100 products, including EVs and EV service providers. The exhibition space has been expanded to accommodate the growing interest and participation from global industry players.

Central to the summit is a two-day conference that has garnered significant attention. With over 100 speakers and more than 50 conference sessions, the conference covers a wide range of topics relevant to the current and future landscape of e-mobility. The aim is to accelerate the transition from fossil fuel dependency to electric mobility, mitigating the environmental impact of carbon dioxide and other harmful emissions.

Organized by Abu Dhabi-based Nirvana Holding, the Electric Vehicles Innovation Summit has successfully attracted global interest and attention to the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
