Bollywood star Kareena Kapoor Khan recently made headlines by joining over 10,000 residents in the UAE for the "Walk for Sustainability" event. The event was organized by the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) to promote sustainability and encourage individuals to adopt sustainable practices in their daily lives. The walk, which took place on February 10th in Dubai, featured a 2.7-kilometer route with interactive stations highlighting different aspects of sustainability. These included energy conservation, water preservation, and waste reduction. The event was a massive success, with thousands of individuals coming together to support the cause. Kareena Kapoor Khan, who has been vocal about her support for environmental causes, expressed her excitement to be a part of the event. In an interview, she said, "It's wonderful to see so many people coming together to promote sustainability. We all have a role to play in protecting our planet, and I hope this walk inspires individuals to make sustainable choices in their everyday lives."
