Seventeen future leaders are celebrated by DP World for completing their supply chain management diploma.
DP World, a global logistics solutions provider, celebrated the achievement of 17 Emiratis who successfully completed the Rotterdam School of Management Supply Chain Management (RSM SCM) diploma based in the Netherlands. The participants, who were part of the company’s “20Xel Leaders Programme,” underwent an 18-month study program consisting of eight modules at RSM, known as one of Europe’s most prestigious business schools. This unique program aimed to provide participants with the best aspects of a master’s degree in a hybrid learning environment.
The final module of the diploma program took place in Rotterdam, where the graduates had the opportunity to visit various locations of ports and logistics businesses. Being situated in Europe’s busiest port, RSM provided invaluable knowledge and insights into global supply chains, leveraging its renowned expertise and research in the field.
Of the 17 graduates, six were female and 11 were male, highlighting DP World’s commitment to gender diversity and inclusivity.
