HUB71 has announced the successful startups selected as winners of The Outliers Programme, aimed at tackling real-world industry challenges.
Hub71, Abu Dhabi’s renowned global tech ecosystem, has unveiled the winners of The Outliers Programme, a prestigious initiative that offers founders from around the world the opportunity to develop proof of concepts (POCs) in collaboration with esteemed organizations.
Through The Outliers Programme, participating startups showcased their innovative solutions to address challenges posed by Hub71’s strategic partners. Among the winners, Telr emerged victorious in the challenge presented by Cars24, demonstrating their ability to create a virtual and seamless customer experience for purchasing used cars. Likewise, Abstractive Health triumphed in the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi’s challenge by implementing smart tools to enhance the patient experience.
In another category, Tagspace and Shaffra secured victory in The Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi’s challenge. Their innovative use of Web3 technologies provided real-time insights into tourist behavior, enabling better understanding and analysis. Additionally, Archireef, a startup incubated at Hub71, impressed Aldar with their sustainable solution for enhancing urban architecture in Abu Dhabi. AstraUTM’s achievement in the Thales challenge was commendable as well, as they developed a data fusion module to improve low airspace management and security applications.
With an impressive participation of 406 startups in The Outliers, the winning companies were selected for their ability to implement cutting-edge products and services that have the potential to positively impact the operations of corporations, government entities, and various industries as a whole.
