This partnership serves a dual purpose: integrating Cleveland Clinic’s high-quality care model across our network while harnessing M42’s innovative technologies, including AI and genomic sequencing, to provide precise, patient-centric, and preventive care.”

M42 represents a groundbreaking integrated healthcare company, merging G42 Healthcare’s distinctive medical and data-centric technologies with Mubadala Health’s provision of world-class care. The recent acquisition of Diaverum, the world’s third-largest dialysis provider, underscores M42’s commitment to expanding its healthcare footprint.
