H.E. Saeed Al Nazari: Leading Transformation and Innovation in Dubai’s Mega Projects

Saeed Al Nazari, currently at the helm of Transformational Projects & Creative Affairs at the Executive Office of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, is a driving force in the city’s journey toward progress.

With over 13 years of experience in strategic policy development and project management, H.E. Al Nazari has played a pivotal role in shaping the UAE’s future. Prior to his current position, he served as the Director General of the Federal Youth Authority, Executive Director of Youth Affairs at the UAE Prime Minister’s Office, and Chief Strategy Officer of the Arab Youth Center.

Throughout his distinguished career, Al Nazari has overseen approximately 50 national projects and led more than 30 teams, leaving an indelible mark on the nation’s landscape. He also sits on the National Committee for Sustainable Development Goals, reflecting his commitment to sustainable development.

H.E. Al Nazari’s influence extends beyond national borders. He has been a member of various international committees, including the Youth Committee of the GCC and the Youth Committee of The Arab League. His global impact is further evidenced by his appointment as a global innovation ambassador at the Global Innovation Management Institute.

Earning numerous accolades for his exceptional contributions, Al Nazari’s awards include the Academic Excellence Award, Global Student Award, Leader of the Year Award, and the Emirates Award for the Arabian Gulf Youth. These recognitions attest to his dedication to excellence and leadership.

Al Nazari’s educational background is equally impressive. He holds a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Corporate Entrepreneurship, along with a BA(Hons) in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from the Higher Colleges of Technology in Dubai. He has pursued higher studies in Foreign Policy at New York University, completed the professional Management Studies program at Cambridge University in Britain, and studied Strategy and Planning at the London Business School.
