The signing ceremony took place at Abu Dhabi National Insurance Company’s headquarters, with the presence of Charalampos Mylonas, CEO of Abu Dhabi National Insurance Company, and Mansour Alketbi, Director of Strategic Partnerships of Emirates Nature-WWF, who signed the continuation of the partnership.

Emirates Nature-WWF, in collaboration with WWF, is a renowned non-profit organization with a 22-year history of delivering significant impact in environmental conservation. The partnership with Abu Dhabi National Insurance Company underscores the insurance company’s commitment to the UAE government’s vision of sustainable development and transition to a green economy, particularly in preparation for COP28. ADNIC aims to strengthen its role in sustainable initiatives and develop insurance solutions that address emerging sustainability challenges, thereby contributing to a greener future.

As part of their partnership, ADNIC will support the unique World Environment Day activation organized by Emirates Nature-WWF, called “Escape Climate Change – Mangrove Edition.” This immersive escape room experience aims to engage, inspire, and empower youth and community members to take action for nature. Participants will have the opportunity to explore the science behind climate adaptation and Nature-based Solutions. The escape room and World Environment Day Celebrations will be held at Al Mamoura Park in Abu Dhabi from 10 am to 6 pm on June 1st, allowing members of the public to participate.
