Dina Tarek: Vision to Nurture Human Connections through Technology

Dina Tarek is the visionary behind Taraabot, an upcoming e-learning digital platform poised to redefine the landscape of technological education. Hailing originally from Egypt, she has called Dubai her home since 2011, following her graduation from Ain Shams University with a degree in accounting.

Dina’s journey began at a remarkably young age of 18, marked by her pursuit towards independence and professional growth. She started as a training coordinator, charting a path that eventually led her into the world of entrepreneurship. 

Her initial career involved work as a recruiter, where she honed her skills in talent acquisition. However, it was in the technology sector where she found her true calling. Dina’s journey took her to prominent multinational technology companies, including LinkedIn Dublin, LinkedIn Dubai, and Oracle Dubai. Today, she continues to be a dedicated full-time employee while nurturing her entrepreneurial aspirations.

Dina’s entrepreneurial voyage officially took flight in 2018 when she was 28. It was during this time that she recognized a pressing need to assist others in finding meaningful employment and transforming their lives. This realization prompted her to establish a recruitment agency that caters to multiple GCC countries. Leveraging her extensive network and abilities to forge connections and build relationships, Dina has successfully placed over 200 individuals in various companies, changing their lives one opportunity at a time. 

But Dina’s journey extends far beyond her career endeavors. Her personal experiences, characterized by over 14 years of living independently, far from her family, highlighted the paramount importance of human connections. Driven by these insights, she embarked on a coaching journey, earning certifications as a relationship coach from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), as well as in NLP and Emotional Intelligence. She is currently pursuing a diploma in cognitive behavior therapy as well.

Dina’s profound understanding of the significance of human connections and the far-reaching impact of loneliness, depression, and self-doubt on mental well-being served as the catalyst for her most ambitious venture to date—Taraabot.

Taraabot  is a digital platform that seamlessly integrates Dina’s technological expertise with her passion for nurturing human connections. Taraabot is not just an e-learning platform; it represents a holistic approach to enriching relationships, encompassing self-connections, family ties, emotional bonds, physical well-being, and mental harmony. The platform offers a wide array of resources, ranging from eLearning content to personalized 1:1 coaching, therapy sessions, workshops, and immersive retreats. Taraabot also places a special emphasis on supporting parents of individuals with special needs and providing cancer coaching for those facing challenges.

Today, Taraabot proudly boasts a diverse team of over 30 experts and has ambitious plans for expansion across various countries. As the pioneering Arabic platform dedicated to multifaceted relationships, Taraabot brings together specialists united by their shared love and passion for empowering individuals to build lasting connections and find enduring happiness.

Witnessing an idea evolve from a classroom discussion into a sophisticated Tech/Learning platform after two years of dedicated work has been a profoundly rewarding experience for Dina. In May 2023, Dina was honored in Dubai with the title “Woman of Influence,” recognizing her pivotal role in introducing the Taraabot concept—an innovative idea set to revolutionize relationships and lives through the power of technology.

As Taraabot’s website approaches its launch and numerous exciting prospects await exploration, Dina envisions it as the premier Arabic platform that elevates the regional quality of life. Taraabot aims to nurture relationships, support mental well-being, and forge partnerships with like-minded entities. For Dina, it’s clear that true quality of life begins within each individual, and Taraabot is the embodiment of her vision.
