COURTENEY COX HONORED WITH STAR ON HOLLYWOOD WALK OF FAME
On Monday, the “Friends” actress received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and her co-stars and best friends from the sitcom, Jennifer Aniston and Lisa Kudrow, were present to celebrate the milestone with her.
Courteney Cox, an actress known for her role in the popular TV show “Friends,” was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Monday. Her co-stars and close friends, Jennifer Aniston and Lisa Kudrow, were present at the ceremony to celebrate this milestone with her.
During the ceremony, Aniston spoke about her friendship with Cox, stating that to be friends with her is to be a part of her family. Aniston also credited Cox for being the one to initiate and foster their close bond from the very beginning. She went on to describe Cox as inclusive, warm, and loving, with a genuine interest in getting to know everyone she meets. Aniston further revealed that she was nervous to meet Cox at first, given that she was already a huge fan of hers. She also reacted to Prince Harry writing in his recently published memoir, “Spare,” that years ago, he stayed at Cox’s home and found “a box of black diamond mushroom chocolates” in her refrigerator,” he said. “He did stay here for a couple of days — probably two or three,’ she said. “He’s a really nice person.” Cox said she hasn’t read the book yet, but “I do want to hear it, because I’ve heard it’s really entertaining.” “But yes, it’s gotten back to me about it,” she said. “I’m not saying there were mushrooms! I definitely wasn’t passing them out.”
