Boasting an elevation of 3,015 meters above sea level, this luxurious mountain destination will sprawl across the Souda area and extend into Rijal Almaa. It will be a testament to the nation’s commitment to diversify its economy by bolstering key sectors such as tourism, hospitality, and entertainment. The masterplan, overseen by the Public Investment Fund, heralds a pivotal moment in the development of the Asir region.

Anticipated to accommodate over two million visitors annually by 2033, “Soudah Peaks” will incorporate the local traditional and architectural styles, ensuring that it remains true to the cultural and landscape heritage of the region. The project will feature six distinct development zones, namely Tahlal, Sahab, Sabrah, Jareen, Rijal, and Red Rock. Each of these zones will host an array of world-class amenities, including opulent hotels, luxury mountain resorts, charming residential chalets, exquisite villas, premium mansion sites, and a plethora of entertainment and commercial attractions. Outdoor enthusiasts will find themselves immersed in a range of sporting, adventurous, wellness, and cultural activities amid the pristine natural surroundings.
To realize the grand vision of “Soudah Peaks,” Soudah Development plans to deliver 2,700 hospitality keys, 1,336 residential units, and 80,000 square meters of commercial space by the year 2033.
