PureHealth has finalized a deal worth Dh1.8 billion to acquire a stake in a healthcare provider based in the United States.

Ardent Health Services is based in Nashville, Tennessee and is the fourth-largest privately held healthcare system in the US. With more than 1,400 aligned providers, 30 hospitals, over 23,000 employees, and over 200 sites of care across six US states, Ardent is a significant player in the American healthcare industry.
