Get ready to grab a tissue box as the K-pop superstars of BTS have once again tugged at our heartstrings with their recent reunion to send off J-Hope as he begins his mandatory military training. The group, comprised of RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook, shared an emotional moment captured in an official video on Bangtan TV. In the video, J-Hope appears sporting a buzz-cut, a look that had all his fellow members amazed.

In the video, we see the BTS members saying their goodbyes to J-Hope as he leaves for military training. They are seen giving him individual hugs and asking him to remember them while he’s away. V even jokingly asks J-Hope to remember him while washing his hair. Their leader RM is visibly emotional, with tears in his eyes, while Jimin and Jungkook try to lighten the mood with their witty banter.

However, the highlight of the video is when Jin makes an appearance. Although he is not shown in the video, his army uniform is visible in the pictures shared prior. J-Hope is thrilled to see him after a long time and salutes him as a sign of respect.

J-Hope will reportedly be enlisting at the Baekho New Corps of the 36th Infantry Division as an active-duty soldier. He will undergo a week-long quarantine before entering basic training, which will last for about five weeks before he officially serves in the army.

The BTS members have always been vocal about their love and support for each other, and this video is proof of the strong bond they share. As fans, we can’t help but feel emotional witnessing their touching moments and wishing J-Hope all the best for his military training.
