Dubai Design District (d3), a famous office zone in Dubai, is preparing to launch its first residential options. In addition to its existing office spaces, the neighborhood, noted for its creative and design-focused environment, will soon provide residential flats.

Dubai: The first freehold residences are being unveiled in Dubai Design District (or d3), a famous location for boutique offices. Meraas, the master developer, will debut the first phase of ‘Design Quarter’ at d3 with 558 units spread across three towers ranging from G+10 to G+43 stories. Construction will start this year and will be finished in May 2027.

The establishment of the first residential options at d3 is consistent with Dubai Holding Real Estate’s objective of designing spaces for people to experience and enjoy life, according to Khalid Al Malik, CEO of Dubai Holding Real Estate. He went on to say that by introducing the notion of creative living for a community, they would be able to fulfil their promise to creating world-class residential buildings and master developments that would strengthen Dubai’s position as a leading global real estate investment destination.

The residential offers in d3 are part of a larger trend in Dubai towards mixed-use complexes that blend business, residential, and retail areas in one location. The development of residential units in d3 is projected to bring in more people, resulting in a more active and dynamic neighborhood. The residential units in d3 will include everything from apartments to townhouses and villas. The flats are designed to accommodate a wide spectrum of tenants, including families, young professionals, and creatives.
