Mustafa’s professional odyssey commenced in 2012 when he embraced the role of a Trainer in a freelance capacity. The subsequent years saw him tread diverse paths, from serving as an MSP at Microsoft to leading the Assuit team at iEARN UK. His venture into the entrepreneurial landscape began with assuming the position of CEO at Out Of The Blue Company in 2016.
In 2017, Mustafa embarked on a transformative journey by co-founding EYouth, an organization that has become a beacon for aspiring learners and entrepreneurs. Under his leadership, EYouth has flourished, boasting a remarkable outreach of over 1.6 million learners. The organization’s impact resonates globally, with programs spanning 14 countries and three main offices strategically located in Egypt, the U.A.E., and Saudi Arabia.
Mustafa’s academic pursuits mirror his diverse professional endeavors. With a solid foundation laid during their general education at G. F. S and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Assiut University, Mustafa exhibited academic prowess with a remarkable 99% score.
An entrepreneurial spirit, Mustafa delved into the world of business at the University of Connecticut School of Business, majoring in Entrepreneurship during a Bachelor’s degree program in 2016. Continuing the quest for knowledge, he earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport from 2019 to 2021, further enriching his skill set.
EYouth, under Mustafa’s leadership, has not only provided learning opportunities but has also facilitated over 350,000 successful job placements for its graduates. The organization’s commitment to education, youth empowerment, and entrepreneurship has garnered significant support, with $2 million raised from venture capitalists and angel investors.
In 2022, Mustafa Abd Ellatif assumed the role of Chairperson for the Youth Entrepreneurs Network (YEN), adding another dimension to his impactful contributions to youth development. As EYouth continues to expand its footprint across the MENA region, Mustafa remains a driving force, steering the organization toward a future where education and entrepreneurship intersect to shape the leaders of tomorrow.
